Article 6, paragraph 3 of the General Provisions – Part One of the Codex of Cultural Heritage and Landscape declares: “The Italian Republic favors and supports the participation of citizens, individual or associated, in the enhancement of cultural heritage”. In the logic of horizontal subsidiarity, the Italian Constitution promotes a collaboration between public and private subjects under different legal institutions.

The MArRC has activated a cultural partnership with: the Park of Aspromonte, the International Center for Writers of Calabria, the International Academy of Bergamot, the Touring Club, the Planetarium Pythagoras, the F. Cilea Music Conservatory and the Museum of Musical Instruments.
