Access to the disabled is on the platform outside the Museum. Access to the levels of permanent and temporary collections is possible via lifts. Access to the necropolis includes the accompaniment of the staff.
At the box office, video Lis guide service is available for the deaf for a guided tour of the Museum’s collections

The Museum offers a free wardrobe service, that is located in the space behind the ticket office. The service is useful for guests and it guarantees the security of the precious archaeological heritage. The delivery for custody is mandatory for: suitcases, backpacks and cumbersome parcels; umbrellas, sticks, easels, blunt objects and awls of all kinds; food and drink. The Museum declines all responsibility for valuables.
